Tara Antler opened me up to Reiki and energy work, and its influence on my sub conscious and the healing process. I had been focused on healing my physical body, and I recognized I needed to heal mind, body and spirit – and while I was doing some of this myself, by going to see Tara, she opened me up to further methods of healing through energy work on a sub conscious level.

 

I found that the more I opened up to learning and experiencing energy and taking responsibility for my spiritual growth in the healing process, the more I connected with even more ways that I could expand intuition and creativity in my life, my studies and in my practice. I have learned ways to embrace energy work in everything that I do now and my life has expanded because of it.
