Our training includes live-online training, course manual, videos, meditations (live in-class & prerecorded), meditation practicum & assignments.
This teacher training is 50 hours & will be taught over 4 months. As part of the certification & curriculum, participants will be required to attend 90% of the classes, hand in assignments, facilitate meditation & be the "observer" for your fellow classmates.
