I have been fascinated by human potential, the esoteric & spiritual mastery for most of my life.
I started meditating at 14, after receiving several books on yoga, meditation, Qi Gong and Reflexology from my grade 9 English teacher. This opened the door to the wonderful world of Spiritual Mastery and ignited soul seeds that later become my life's work.
My intuitive awakening began right out the womb - seeing auras, fairies, light-beings, people passed on and the Spirit of trees and flowers when I was 2. These gifts continued to develop and evolve...always being given the "right" experiences for their opening.
The wonderful and vast world of Healing started with a placement at a Physiotherapy clinic. After watching patients come in time and time again with the same problem, even after receiving treatment, I started to wonder, "What was causing this? They are doing everything "right" and yet the problem returns." This led to getting an Honours Degree in Health Sciences and Certified as a Holistic Health Practitioner post University.
With several specialties in Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Reiki, Chakra Balancing, SHEN, Theta Healing, Colour Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage & Swedish Massage, Herbology, Crystal Healing, Shiatsu, Sound Healing, and many other.....I opened my private practice in 2002 and went on to guide and support tens of thousands of clients.
At 25 I led my first Reiki Level 1, 2 and 3 class and from that time facilitated hundreds of attunements. Between this and being invited to be a Teacher at the Transformational Arts College (where I studied) when I was 27, I discovered a deep LOVE for teaching and facilitating.
This wonderful journey always pleasantly surprised me!
I was guided to some incredible places and opportunities including: being in a movie with Jack Canfield, John Gray and Marci Shimoff called "LEAP-The Coaching Movie"; being a meditation guide to an Olympic Athlete in a show called "Over the Bolts"; opening 2 brick-and-mortar Healing Studios in Toronto; and consulting at a resort that was evolving into a healing retreat space.
One the most memorable clients I've had was Louise Hay. A dear Soul-brother friend introduced me to her and I had the honour of doing a healing session on her, having lunch after and hanging out with our mutual friends. It was a full-circle moment because Louise's book "You Can Heal Your Life" was one of the first "spiritual" books I received.
Between my travels from...
Toronto to Los Angeles, Sedona, Ireland, Bali, Greece, Hong Kong, South Korea, Mexico and Trinidad....I called in my Divine partner, Gabriel. We Divinely met at Agape International Spiritual Centre and it was pure magic - a story worth listening to on our podcast (you can listen to it here). We were engaged within 3 months and married in 6 months from meeting...when you know you know.
After years of business growth, travel and co-creating with Gabriel we knew it was time to become parents. I tuned in every month, listening to the soul coming in. With each pregnancy, our daughter and twin boys, I heard, "Now. It's time." And sure enough...I was pregnant. I love being a mom. The Divine gifts, intuitive expansion, depth of LOVE and joy I continue to receive with and for these brilliant beings....it's miraculous.
From the beginning Gabriel and I knew we would homeschool / "unschool" - which brings great joy and much expansion all at the same time. I love embracing their Divine wisdom and giving space for the soul-gifts to naturally emerge.
From the Beginning...
Building the Ascension Academy of Light, and recently The Centre for Light, has been a dream come true. Gabriel and I equally share the vision of creating safe spaces for Spiritual Growth, Abundant Living, Inner Healing and Loving Relationships.
In 2015 we decided to blend our individual businesses and moved the business primarily online -where we've supported and expanded the lives of tens of thousands of clients and grew the company to $2.5 Million.

The evolution from healer → teacher → leader → builder of spaces and experiences devoted to human awakening is deeply humbling, honouring and joyful. I never could have imagine all the places I would go, spaces I would create and versions of self I'd become....

Entrepreneurial Spirit
Growing up in an entrepreneurial home paved the way for my 1/4 Manifestor Self (Human Design), providing the confidence and courage to start my own business when I was twenty-four (in 2002, right out of University while becoming a Holistic Health Care Practitioner).
